As a Service Organization licensed by Natural Resources Canada, Efficient Home is happy to help you in providing the energy rating and information you need on the efficiency of your new home.

If you have mortgage insurance through Sagen, they have equivalent programs with the same criteria as the CMHC Eco Plus Program.

Please note that we only complete this service for new builds. If you are renovating an existing home and wish to take advantage of the rebates and funding availability, we invite you to contact our friends at HomeSol Building Solutions or The EnviroCentre and they would be very happy to help you on your renovating journey to improve the efficiency of your home.
